Inspection, repair and preparation is required before any floor can be sanded.

The beauty of a wooden floor is that it grows in character as it ages. However, sometimes due to neglect or natural wear and tear, the wood needs a little extra attention to restore it to it's former glory. Especially if the floor has not been revealed for many years.
