How to Make A Booking
In order to secure your floor sander hire you will need:
- 2 forms of id will be required when hiring any floor sander.
- A deposit of £250
- To sign a contract accepting full responsibility for your floor sanding equipment
When you hire a floor sander you will be required to show 2 forms of I.D. as well as signing a contract accepting responsibility for the equipment in your possession.
In order to make a booking you are required to make a deposit payment of £250. Cancellation of hire will result in refund of deposit less an admin fee.
Examples of ID Required:
1. Photo ID
Driving Licence or passport
2. Address ID
Recent utility bill, council tax bill, bank or credit card statement
Floor Sander Hire Contract
When you take delivery of your floor sander hire you will be issued with a contract.
This contract contains a copy of our Terms & Conditions. It is your responsibility to read them carefully since if forms our agreement with you about your hire.
If there is anything you do not understand about the floor sander hire contract, please ask.
Damage to Hire Machinery
In our experience, most damage to machinery comes about from carelessness. It makes sense then to take care of the machines in your responsibility to avoid any costly repair bills.
All floor sander hire contracts includes insurance which is your protection against theft and damage to the equipment. The excess on all insurance claims is £250.
Please Note: All damage to floor sander hire machinery will result in loss of deposit.
