"Hi Piers - I just wanted to make sure you knew how pleased I was with
the job your team did skimming and laquering my Maple floor. It is the most beautiful floor I've ever seen ! Seriously ! The laquer allows the light to reflect back from the wood giving it a transluscent quality which changes as you walk around it - like those holograms on credit cards I didn't plan for that ! I've never seen wood do that before. So thanks to you and them I shall certainly be coming back in the distant future for a refurb although i'm thinking from banning
